Beginners’ Class

Help you to understand what is meditation, how to do meditation, and how to feel joy during meditation. Use guided ActiveMind meditation records to ease your way of creating habits of meditation. Every week, you will learn different contents you can use meditation for, such as increase focus, compassion, envisioning the future, etc.

Every week, one hour conference call to explain the knowledge and practice together.

Each week, you will receive one meditation record(around 10 minutes) to help you to do daily meditation.

Each week, you will receive one meditation record (15-20minutes) to help you to do daily meditation.
